本ポリシーは、Androidアプリ「memory-piece」（以下「本アプリ」）が扱う情報と、その取り扱いを説明します。本アプリは、利用者の写真・文章・記録を運用者のサーバに保存しない設計です。
1. 端末内に保存する情報
本アプリが作る記録（選んだ写真の複製、訪問日時、場所、一言、作品の設定）は、すべて利用者の端末内のアプリ専用領域に保存します。運用者はこれらにアクセスできません。
- 設定の「すべての記録を削除する」または各記録の削除で、いつでも消せます
- アプリをアンインストールすると、アプリ内の記録は失われます。写真アプリの元の写真と、保存済みの作品画像は残ります
- 保存・共有する作品画像には、元写真の位置情報メタデータ（GPS Exif）を含めません
2. 運用者のサーバへ送る情報
地図と地名の取得のため、本アプリは運用者のサーバ（tiles.memory-piece.me）へ次の情報を送ります。通信はHTTPSで保護します。

写真、文章、記録の識別子は送りません。サーバのアクセスログには、時刻、応答コード、要求の種類、経路名、応答時間だけを記録します。発信元のIPアドレス、座標、検索語は記録しません。
3. 匿名の利用統計
アプリの改善のため、次の情報を運用者のサーバへ送ります。設定の「利用統計」でいつでも無効にでき、無効時は記録も送信も行いません。
- 操作の種類（作成開始、完成、保存、共有など）、モード、テンプレート、比率、言語、地図の有無、アプリの版
- 導入ごとに生成するランダムな識別子。端末や利用者のアカウントからは導出せず、アンインストールで失われます
写真、座標、地名・寺社名、一言、端末を特定できる識別子（広告IDを含む）は含みません。広告のレポートとは連結しません。
4. 広告
本アプリは無料で提供するため、ホームと記録一覧の画面に Google AdMob のバナー広告を1枠表示します。作品の編集・保存・共有の画面には表示しません。
広告の配信にあたり、Google の広告SDKが端末の広告ID等の情報を取得することがあります。取得する情報と利用目的は Google のポリシーに従います。
法令で同意が必要な地域では、初回起動時に同意の確認を表示します。設定の「プライバシー設定を変更する」から後で変更できます。端末の設定で広告IDのリセットや、パーソナライズ広告の無効化もできます。
5. 端末の権限

6. 子どもの利用
本アプリは子ども向けに設計していません。13歳未満の方の個人情報を意図して収集しません。
7. 第三者への提供
運用者は、上記の情報を第三者に販売・提供しません。広告SDKによる情報の取得は、4章のとおり Google のポリシーに従います。
8. 変更
本ポリシーを変更するときは、このページで告知します。重要な変更は、アプリ内でも案内します。

This policy explains what information the Android app "memory-piece" (the "App") handles and how. The App is designed so that your photos, notes and records are never stored on the operator's server.
1. Information stored on your device
Everything the App creates (a copy of the chosen photo, visit date and time, place, note, and artwork settings) is stored in the App's private storage on your device. The operator has no access to it.
- You can delete records at any time, individually or with "Delete all records" in Settings
- Uninstalling the App removes its records. Your original photos in the gallery and the saved artwork images remain
- Saved and shared artwork images do not contain the original photo's GPS metadata
2. Information sent to the operator's server
To draw maps and look up place names, the App sends the following to the operator's server (tiles.memory-piece.me) over HTTPS.

Photos, notes and record identifiers are never sent. Server access logs record only the time, status code, request method, route name and response time. The source IP address, coordinates and search text are not logged.
3. Anonymous usage statistics
To improve the App, it sends the following to the operator's server. You can turn this off at any time under "Usage statistics" in Settings; when off, nothing is recorded or sent.
- Type of action (start, complete, save, share, and so on), mode, template, ratio, language, whether a map was used, and the App version
- A random identifier generated per installation. It is not derived from your device or account and is lost on uninstall
No photos, coordinates, place or temple names, notes, or device identifiers (including the advertising ID) are included. Statistics are not linked with advertising reports.
4. Advertising
The App is free and shows one Google AdMob banner on the home and record list screens. No ads appear while editing, saving or sharing artwork.
To serve ads, Google's advertising SDK may collect information such as the device's advertising ID. What is collected and how it is used is governed by Google's policies:
Where consent is required by law, the App asks on first launch. You can change your choice later via "Change privacy settings" in Settings. Your device settings also let you reset the advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads.
5. Device permissions

6. Children
The App is not designed for children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Sharing with third parties
The operator does not sell or share the above information with third parties. Data collected by the advertising SDK is governed by Google's policies as described in section 4.
8. Changes
Changes to this policy will be posted on this page. Significant changes will also be announced in the App.
