データ削除のリクエスト

Androidアプリ「memory-piece」（以下「本アプリ」、運用者: プラチナプラス）について、収集したデータの削除をリクエストする方法を説明します。本アプリはアカウントを作りません。利用者の写真・文章・記録は端末内にだけ保存し、運用者のサーバには保存しません。運用者の側に残るのは、下表の匿名の利用統計だけです。
1. リクエストの手順
- アプリの設定を開き、「利用統計」の「統計ID」をコピーします。利用統計はこの識別子だけに紐づいており、運用者の側から利用者を割り出すことはできないため、削除にはこの値が必要です。「利用統計」をオフにすると表示されなくなるので、先にコピーしてください。
- info@ptplus.jp へ、件名「データ削除希望」で、統計IDを本文に貼り付けてお送りください。
- Google アナリティクスから該当のデータを削除し、完了をお知らせします。受付から30日以内を目安とします。
- 以後の送信も止めるときは、設定の「利用統計」をオフにしてください。
端末内の記録（写真の複製、訪問日時、場所、一言、作品の設定）は、リクエストの必要がありません。アプリの設定の「すべての記録を削除する」、各記録の削除、またはアンインストールで、いつでもご自身で消せます。

Request data deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of data collected by the Android app "memory-piece" (the "App"; operator: プラチナプラス / Platinum Plus). The App has no accounts. Your photos, notes and records are stored only on your device and are never stored on the operator's server. The only data held on the operator's side is the anonymous usage statistics listed below.
1. How to request deletion
- Open the App's settings and copy the "Statistics ID" under "Usage statistics". Your statistics are tied only to this random per-installation identifier and we cannot work out which records are yours without it. Copy it first: the ID is hidden once you turn "Usage statistics" off.
- Email info@ptplus.jp with the subject "Data deletion request" and paste the Statistics ID into the message.
- We delete the matching data from Google Analytics and let you know. We aim to complete this within 30 days of your request.
- To stop any further sending, turn off "Usage statistics" in the settings.
Records on your device (the copy of the photo, visit date and time, place, note and artwork settings) need no request. You can remove them yourself at any time with "Delete all records" in Settings, by deleting individual records, or by uninstalling the App.

Usage statistics contain no photos, coordinates, place or temple names, or notes. Collection of the advertising ID and the device ID is disabled. See section 3 of the privacy policy for details.
